The trip continues – finally!

In April 0f 2019, we had just arrived on our motorcycles in Buenos Aires, having come across the long, hot and flat Argentinian pampa (plain) from Bariloche.   When we came into town – there was talk of this “COVID” virus – but it was foreign news.   If you followed the advrider trip report or our Facebook Page back then, you know how quickly that changed!   Within 10 days of arriving in Buenos Aires, we escaped back to the USA on the second to last scheduled commercial flight before the country went into total lock-down.  But we could not get our motorcycles shipped, and they have been there ever since, patiently waiting, in storage.

The waiting is over!   We will arrive in Buenos Aires February 17, 2020, and after we complete the paperwork necessary to get our motorcycles back on the road, we plan to take several more months to ride around South America before ending the trip ‘for real’ this time.   Hope you will enjoy following along.  As usual, most of our updates will be on our Facebook page and the advrider.com trip report – links at the top of this page!
